When the labia is enlarged or assymetrical, it is more difficult for a woman to reach an orgasm because there is not enough friction during sexual encounter. The irregularity or hypertrop

9: IBS, is your diagnosis correct?
Some twenty years ago, I developed a pain in the lower right quadrant of my abdomen that seemed to travel up and to the side radiating into my back on the right side. The hemodynamic model of CHF has been largely abandoned and replaced by the concept of left ventricular remodeling; which indicates stretching and dilation with subsequent reduction in left ventricular function. Causes include: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Myocardial Infarction (MI), hypertension, valvular heart disease, diabetes, congenital heart defects, anemia, and alcoholism.
Independently of the precipitating injury, ne
